We love to run, do you? It takes some getting used to but the benefits of running are numerous. One of the most popular reasons clients contact us is to motivate them because they would like to start running but they do not know where and how to start.

Therefore, if it is something you have thought about starting to do, you have come to the right place to get you off the sofa and into London’s beautiful parks and outdoor spaces. Chelsea personal trainers will help you to get started on your first four week’s jogging/running with a mini plan below for the complete beginner. We will also outline the benefits of running.

(Note: you MUST warm up before and cool down after EVERY jog/run session below. Contact our London Personal Trainers to get some advice on how to do this)
