Once you have met your trainer for a complimentary session and decided to take ten or twenty personal training sessions, we provide the top quality personal training in London that you are looking for. This includes: plyometrics, weight loss, weight gain, pre and post natal training, boxing, cardiovascular training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, TRX, sports performance, pilates, yoga and more!

We aim to help you to meet your fitness expectations, to engage in exercise and view physical activity as an enjoyable past-time rather than an unpleasant necessity.

The Chelsea Plan

Ideal if you:

  • Have more than 5kgs to lose
  • Need a kick start weight loss plan
  • Benefit from a structured approach to your fitness and diet plan
  • Are travelling frequently and find it difficult to fit exercise and healthy eating into your schedule
  • Need motivation, encouragement and support to ensure exercises are performed with technical accuracy

  • 2 Personal Training sessions per week over six weeks

The Shift® - Our exclusive wellness programme.

The Shift is a six week lifestyle change programme during which you meet once a week with your personal trainer, dietitian and therapist to work on issues ranging from weight concerns to feeling low and anxious.
